Who holds your details

Bluebell Ices does. If you have a question about your information, or you want it deleted, contact them at demo@onthekerb.co.uk or 01295 000000.

This website is provided by On The Round, who hold the information on their behalf and do nothing else with it.

What is collected, and why

• Your name and phone number, when you place an order — so the order can be made up for you, and so they can reach you if there is a problem with it.
• Your email address, if you choose to give one.
• Anything you type in the notes, such as an allergy or where to meet you.

Orders are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

What is not collected

• No cookies are set by this site.
• There is no advertising and no analytics.
• Your details are never sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.
• Your own location is never requested or recorded. The map shows where the van is, not where you are.

The map

The map pictures come from OpenStreetMap, so your browser asks them for the streets while you look. The van's position is added by your browser afterwards and is not sent to them.

Your rights

You can ask Bluebell Ices for a copy of what they hold about you, ask them to correct it, or ask them to delete it. If you are not happy with how it is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
